رسم مرحلة جديدة من التاريخ الرياضي في المملكة، من حيث التفرد بإعداد خطة تنمية رياضية متكاملة، سواء من حيث التعليم أو التدريب الرياضي فضلاً عن تطوير التدريب البدني.
